Delivery within the Netherlands is always free at qeepers.nl! This means that the price your shopping cart indicates is also the price you pay. The reason for this is that for us personally it always felt like a setback when it turned out at checkout that there were extra costs involved. So we at qeepers.nl have chosen not to disappoint our valued customers.

What are the delivery times?
For most of our collection, all orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your package will be shipped on Monday.
For the time the delivery service needs to deliver the parcel, we depend on the delivery services.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can follow your order. As soon as your order (or part of it) has been shipped, a track & trace code will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. It is possible that these e-mails will end up in the spam mailbox, so keep a close eye on them as well.
I am missing an item from my order!
It could be that you have ordered products with a different delivery time. On your qeepers account you can see the progress of your order and the status of your missing product.
Didn't order products with different delivery times? Please contact us via the different contact channels.
Orders at qeepers can be returned up to 100(!) days after receipt. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
Is your article faulty due to a fault on our part or on the part of the manufacturer? Then scroll to the heading "Product defect".
How do I return my order?
Step 1: Create a return in your account on qeepers.nl. Don't have an account yet? Then create it with the e-mail address with which the order was placed.
Step 2: Pack the products you want to return properly (in the original packaging).
Step 3: Send the products via a delivery service of your choice with the following return address:
Step 4: The amount paid for the returned products will be refunded within 5 working days.
Please note: The shipping costs for returning products are for your own account.
Within how many days will I have my money back?
Within 5 working days from the moment the return has reached us, the amount will be refunded.
Is the size not right? Or would you have preferred a different colour? The easiest way is to place the product you prefer as a new order on the website and return the old item.
I did not receive a return label with my order?
This is correct. You indicate it in your qeepers account if you want to return products. By doing this digitally we save a lot of paper, which is good for our planet.
Product defect or a mistake made by us?
Is there a product defect due to a manufacturing defect or did we make a mistake? Then send an email to: [email protected] with in the subject: defect/error + order number.
Mention in this email what is defective or wrong and add as clear as possible photos as attachments.
Also let us know in this e-mail whether you want a new product to be sent or whether you would rather have your money back.
Never send us products with complaints before we have indicated the procedure for this complaint. Qeepers will contact you as soon as we have received your e-mail and assessed the complaint.
The latex of goalkeeper gloves wears relatively quickly, especially on artificial grass. This wear is therefore not covered by the guarantee on goalkeeper gloves. Do you want a goalkeeper's glove that has a longer lifespan? Then take a good look at the number of stars we give the gloves for durability.The stars are given based on our own experience and not on how long the supplier says they will last.
